About the Speaker:
Don has been in sales over 25 years in the Dallas area for IBM, Oracle, Cap Gemini Ernst & Young and several smaller firms. He is currently a Regional Sales Director with RapidValue Solutions, a digital transformation firm based in Silicon Valley and Bangalore. Clients include Silicon Valley firms Facebook, Yahoo, Linkedin and eBay. Don started his career in software and hardware engineering for IBM in Austin after graduating from Texas A&M with a degree in electrical engineering.
Don is married to a former college cheerleader, with a daughter in grad school at Stanford, a son at TCU, plus a 19 yr old daughter and 16 year old son. Don is active in his church and community volunteering. Don's favorite give-back activities are SIM, the AITP Senior Leadership Forum, mentoring and financial coaching. He has been on the board of directors for the Denton County Transportation Authority for 6 years. He also volunteers as a mentor for YearUp.org, a national non-profit closing the opportunity gap for urban youth 18-25.
