Industry 5.0 Adaptive Work Management

Organizational change can be challenging, but it can be brought about successfully with the right strategy. A key component of any strategy is understanding why people resist change and recognizing the different types of resistance. Effective leadership and good communication are also important in navigating change successfully. As we learn more about Industry 4.0 and 5.0, we will see changes in how work gets done. There is little debate that over the last decade, there has been an increase in the discussion on what we can do about biodiversity collapse and climate change. Organizations planning efforts on sustainability, which are resilient and take the human-centric approach to change, will thrive. With these strategies, we will be well-equipped to manage resistance and uncertainty and make the change process smoother and more effective for an organization.
