Customer Relationship Management (CRM) In the Age of Machine Learning
Social media and machine learning techniques are revolutionizing the way we think about our customers and how we relate with them. CRM is embracing machine learning through augmented information and artificial intelligence.

Looking into the future, social media will continue to make a big impact on CRM from the way companies use it to advertise, sell, and support their customers. A.I. as augmented information or artificial intelligence will continue to evolve and impact CRM implementations and the way we manage them.

Learning Objectives:
This session will examine the future of CRM as a critical business tool and the impact of combining social media and machine learning.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is vital to an organization and the customers they serve. CRM is in the forefront utilizing emerging technology. Combining social media with augmented information and artificial intelligence are transforming CRM from customer segmentation and marketing to true personalization of individual customer interaction and experience with the organization.
